In case you have a reading mismatch between the inlets and outlets of a process area where you are using 7 different flow transmitters (3 orifices + 4 Venturi) as a reference. How can someone confirm which one of them is the one that gives wrong readings? and from where I should start my investigation?

I have had the same issue at several plants including the one that I am currently at. For me, the first step is to always verify the installation meets the AGA or API specs for measurement types. It always amazes me how much effort is put into the computing or calculation and how little is focused on the installations.
