I have to make a P&ID diagram, and as a final control element a butterfly valve is used where I must select the most suitable actuator for the application.
What actuator should I use?
A single-acting pneumatic actuator is ideal for all types of basic applications.
You have to consider your plant needs and application requirements, based on that you have to select an actuator.
