Has anyone had a battery error on their HART 375. I have a full charge but I keep getting a error message very shortly after turning on the unit and it turns off due to low battery. I have enough time to check the battery level and its at 100%. I have already re-trained the battery. Please help.

Are you saying “its a new replaced battery?”
If you have another HART communicator, then exchange the batteries and observe.
If the battery has same effect in another HART, then you have an issue with battery.
If battery works normal, then you have an issue with HART / Power adapter.
Also check the power adapter cable with another HART.
Or use another power adapter for charging the already replaced unit.
