Calibration form provide list of action to be done when performing instrument calibration.
Instrument Calibration is required to make sure that instrument will function properly prior to installation.
Before shipping, vendor has already done the calibration after setting the range to pre-determined value as requested by the end-user. It is common by contractor to re-check the instrument by performing bench calibration. However, some end-user prefer to install it directly.
