can anyone explain if Instrinsic safety is possible Ultrasonic flowmeter thats i operating with 120 V ac externally supplied ( 4 wire)??

yes, its possible, you have to use suitable hazardous standards like explosion proof junctions boxes for the power sources etc. Suitable Class/Division Standards, Purge/Pressurization systems etc
