Magnetic float level transmitters Principle

These magnetic float level transmitters utilize the principles of buoyancy and magnetism to generate a changing electrical output in response to the rise and fall of the float on the sensor guide rod.

The magnetic float level transmitter provides a 3-wire resistance output or can be equipped with a level transmitter suitable for providing a 4-20 mA analog signal indicating the liquid level.

The detection guide rod includes a series of reed switches over the entire measurement length.

The placement of the reed switches provides one of two possible measurement resolutions.
