I have one moisture analyzer servomex DF745 nanotrace installed at our N2 plant. We having a problem where the analyzer always show fluctuating reading.
Based on the analyzer trending, the reading of the analyzer will go high even exceed our trip setpoint during high temperature(day) and will go down during low temperature(night).
We have several times did calibration using our N2 gas and the analyzer successfully shows 0ppm. However when we put the analyzer back to online sample the fluctuating back as usual.
Need your expertise and technical advise on how we can troubleshoot this issue. =)
