ACFM = SCFM x 14.696 / (Pa + 14.696) x degrees F / 530
Where as:
ACFM = Actual Cubic Feet per Minute measured gas flow
SCFM = Standard Cubic Feet per Minute gas flow
Pa = Operating Pressure in (PSIA) = PSIG + 14.696
Ta = Temperature in degrees Rankine = F + 460
Note: All calculations are at sea level.

we are using Absolute Pressure Pa in the formula,
say if we have Gauge Pressure Psig, then we need to add this constant to get pressure in Pa
