The set of activities and operations that need to be put into place and carried out, in order to start production for the first time, ranging from the introduction of feedstock (“ oil-in ”) to the performance tests. The activities comprise catalyst passivation (when necessary), the gradual achievement of standard operating conditions, product specifications, and nominal Plant capacity, and, lastly, troubleshooting (“ Plant Alignment ”) and performance tests.
