Vortex flowmeter to measure the natural gas flow

We use the precision vortex flowmeter to measure the natural gas flow. We often encounter the problem that the gas supply valve is completely closed, but the flow integrator still continues to count. What is the reason?

This phenomenon often occurs with speed flow meters with pulsed outputs.

The reasons for the above phenomena may be:

(1) The working power of the instrument is not grounded or not securely connected;

(2) There are sources of electromagnetic interference around;

(3) The balance of the calculator is too high;

(4) The problem of the calculator itself.
