Direct insertion Level Switch Principle

Direct insertion Level Switch is a directly mounted level switch. This provides a contact reversal at a selected height in the tank / tank.

The switch is mounted on top of the tank / tank and is coupled with rides on the float that overlaps the surface of the liquid depending on the rise and fall of the water level. The magnet is connected to the insulating tube.

As the level rises the head of the float rod reaches up to the attractor magnet which causes the actuation of the microswitch.

To improve reliability the rod guide is located just above the float. This type of level detector is used for depths up to 2000 mm.
